Thanks. Luckily it was just the wheel. I got nothing against old people but jeez some of them should not be driving anywhere for any reason.

The lady who did this is 87 and made sure to tell me that she "just got her license renewed" like that was some kind proof that she was OK to be behind the wheel. She also asked me who had the right of way after she hit me, so, yeah.

Heh, yeah I said the same thing after I calmed down a bit. The old lady who hit me (or more accurately, Progressive insurance) is going to pay for it so all I have to do is file the claim. Still, no fun but could have been much worse. She ran right into the rear driver's side wheel and didn't touch much else. We were going g maybe 15 mph, too.

Not a curb. That's what it looks like when a 1998 Civic EX rams into your wheel at a 45 degree angle at 15 mph.

It's actually spelled "Goddammit" for some unknown reason. Just a weird pet peeve of mine. Along with "for god's sake" which everyone seems to think is "for god sakes." It's for the sake of god not just some random mash up of words that make no sense.

Atleast it's a stock wheel and not an expensive aftermarket wheel. stick sucks that this happened though.

I'd seen it spelled both ways but never new the double-m version was preferred.

Yeah I have to go in to the dealership on Friday as it is so I might as well have them take a look at it. it feels OK driving and isn't making weird noises or anything so hopefully it's not too effed up.
